Motorized Bicycle Support Overview

Besides our online support materials such as the Installation Manual and Installation Video we also have Technical Support Hours and Motorized Bicycle Parts available. Our Support Hours provide you with our highly trained technical support personnel schedules and creates appointment(s) with you to go over your engine installation, part installation or miscellaneous issues. We offer this support in blocks of 1 hour time slots and our technicians will either call and/or email to arrange the time slots you want to book with them one on one.

We have created new Bicycle Motor Installation Manuals for all of our bike motor kits as Microsoft Word document files with illustrations and diagrams with the step by step instructions to install your bicycle motor quickly and efficiently.

We recommend that if you have no prior experience with motors, engines, mopeds, motorcycles and/or this is your first bicycle motor installation that you schedule a Service Appointment. Take the stress out of your first installation and let one of our highly trained service technicians walk you through the proper steps and procedures. Or use a Service Appointment to maintain, inspect, service or Hop-Up your bike and keep it in top condition. Our appointments include teaching, research, and appointments with our staff has turned into a certain kind of fellowship with our customers and their love for tinkering with engines, pistons, needle bearings, etc. Our service technicians are available 24 hours a day - 7 days a week and they can be dispatched for emergencies or for simple routine service questions, answers and support.

We can assist you in creating or customizing your ideal motorized bicycle by providing you with bicycle motor parts and accessories at reasonable prices. We import such a large quantity of engine kits that we are now supporting other customers who purchased their bicycle engine kits from others.

Note: If the bicycle motor part has a coming soon image associated with it it is not in stock. The Add To Cart button designates that the bicycle motor part is in stock and available and that would be the same information we would provide you with if you called us.
