Warranty Overview

Our Limited Warranty Policy is very similar to our return/exchange and store credit policy which details the allows exchanges on products that are in new condition and are returned in the original packaging among other things. GasBike.net (owned and operated by Nationwide Access, LLC.) and our Bicycle Motor Limited Warranty are detailed below and as leaders in the Motorized Bicycling Industry and community we offer three (3) warranties against manufacturer defects: {6 Months FREE (Included) / 1 Year (Optional / 2 Year (Optional)}. At this time we would like to make a notice statement.

Warning: GasBike.net, (owned and operated by Nationwide Access, LLC.) does not cover any bicycle warranty. GasBike.net, (owned and operated by Nationwide Access, LLC.) cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs from improper installation of this motorized bike engine. We highly recommend you find a local bicycle shop or professional bicycle motor installer to help install this properly for you. GasBike.net, (owned and operated by Nationwide Access, LLC. ) is not responsible for misuse or this kit or any warranty after installation. Bicycles can be dangerous to use. The user or consumer assumes all risk of personal injuries, damage, or failure of the bicycle, bicycle motor engine kit, parts or system and all other losses or damages to himself and others and to any property arising as a result of using the bicycle, bicycle motor engine kit, parts or system. Operating any type of bicycle, bike or a motorized bicycle or bicycle engine kit involves some risk of bodily injury. Buyer accepts responsibility for any and all vehicle operation that may lead to personal injury, economic loss, social distress, other losses, costs and damages. GasBike.net, (owned and operated by Nationwide Access, LLC.) is not responsible for injuries and/or damages resulting from operating this motorized bicycle or bicycle engine kit . Our bicycle motor engines, bicycle motor engine kits and parts are not recommended for use by persons under 16 years of age. Please obey all traffic regulations and always wear a helmet while riding. Remember that you are riding a motorized bicycle and other traffic may not be able to see you. Never operate your motorized bicycle on a pedestrian through way or sidewalk while the engine is running. Never operate your motorized bicycle in an unsafe manner. Check with your local and state laws before riding on streets.

Warranty Terms

• The one (1) year extended limited warranty and the two (2) year extended limited warranty must be purchased together with the bicycle motor engine kit on the same purchase date and order.
• Our full bicycle motor engine kit is covered completely for one (1) week of purchase.
• After one (1) week of purchase please diagnose the issue and which exact part is defective and call us for an RMA #.
• We cannot warranty issues caused by user neglect or improper use of engine.
• The Limited Warranty is for United States of America (USA) customers only
• Our Limited Warranty will not cover engine seizure if the correct ratio of oil and petrol is not used.
• The bicycle motor engine kit and its components therein are warranted solely to the original retail purchaser (“Purchaser”) against manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship for a period of six (6) months, one (1) year or two (2) years from the date of original retail purchase
• During the duration of this limited warranty, the buyer will at their own cost ship back the exact part that is defective within two(2) weeks of purchase with an RMA#.
• GasBike.net, (owned and operated by Nationwide Access, LLC.) sole discretion to repair or replace any defective component with the same or equivalent components.
• At time of receipt of the exact defective part GasBike.net, (owned and operated by Nationwide Access, LLC.) will diagnose and determine if it is truly a manufacturer's defect or not.
• If (“Purchaser”) cannot determine the exact defective part(s)GasBike.net will allow an exchange for the bike motor or engine kit for $80.00 within the 6 month limited warranty period.
• The foregoing warranties are in lieu of and exclude all other warranties not expressly set forth herein, whether express or implied by operation of law or otherwise, including, but not limited to any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
• In no event shall GasBike.net, (owned and operated by Nationwide Access, LLC.) be liable for incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the bicycle, the bicycle motor engine kit, parts or accessories in any manner, including, without limitation, damages for personal injury, property damage, or economic losses, whether based on contract, warranty, negligence, product liability, or any other theory.
• GasBike.net's (owned and operated by Nationwide Access, LLC.) liability hereunder is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of the bicycle motor engine kit or components, or at GasBike.net's (owned and operated by Nationwide Access, LLC.) sole discretion, to the net amount paid by the original retail purchaser and not more.
• If the original retail Purchaser elects to repair a defective Bicycle or component himself or use the services of someone other than GasBike.net (owned and operated by Nationwide Access, LLC.) to repair the bicycle motor engine kit or if Purchaser uses a replacement part not authorized by GasBike.net (owned and operated by Nationwide Access, LLC.), GasBike.net (owned and operated by Nationwide Access, LLC.) will not be liable for any damage, failure or loss caused by the use of such unauthorized service or parts.
• If the Purchaser has a valid warranty claim as set forth in the Procedures and Terms and Conditions (the ‘PTC’), none of the limited warranties include the cost of shipment or transportation of the bicycle motor engine kit or bicycle motor engine kit component(s) to or from GasBike.net (owned and operated by Nationwide Access, LLC.) in accordance with the PTC. Same if the Purchaser does not have a valid warranty claim as set forth in the PTC, this limited warranty does not include such shipment or transportation costs.
• The Buyer understands and acknowledges that operating a motorized bicycle or use of a bicycle engine kit entails known and unanticipated risks. Buyer understands that such risks cannot be eliminated by the Seller, Nationwide Access, LLC without jeopardizing the essential qualities of this activity.

Warranty Exclusions

Our warranties do not cover:

-normal wear and tear; -damage or failure from abuse, neglect, misuse, or accident; -damage from stunt riding, ramp jumping, acrobatics, or similar activities or any activity that is not consistent with the intended use of the failure of bicycle motor engine kit, parts or system;

-damages resulting from failure to follow Instructions for Use and Warnings as provided in the Installation Manual for the Bicycle;

-damages resulting from improper installation or use of any parts or accessories not supplied by to modify bicycle motor engine kit, parts or system;

-installation of parts, accessories, or electrical components not originally intended for or compatible with the bicycle motor engine kit, parts or system as sold, or any modification of it or it's components originally supplied;

-purchase or use of bicycle motor engine kit, parts or system outside of the United States of America (USA). (Purchases made outside the USA will NOT be covered by this same USA Limited Warranty).

All warranties are void if the bicycle motor engine kit, parts or system is used for any purpose other than the reasonable intended use.

If the Purchaser has a valid warranty as set forth in the Procedures and Terms and Conditions (the ‘PTC’), none of the limited warranties include the cost of shipment or transportation of the bicycle motor engine kit or bicycle motor engine kit component(s) to or from GasBike.net (owned and operated by Nationwide Access, LLC.) in accordance with the PTC. If the Purchaser does not have a valid warranty claim as set forth in the PTC, this limited warranty would again not include such shipment or transportation costs.

The Buyer understands and acknowledges that operating a motorized bicycle or use of a bicycle engine kit entails known and unanticipated risks. Buyer understands that such risks cannot be eliminated by the Seller, Nationwide Access, LLC without jeopardizing the essential qualities of this activity.
