Connecting exhaust flange may need some filing out.  It is louder than stock muffler but have better performance. Any Cat No baffle design for non restrictive free airflow! 16 inches long, only 1 1/2 inches longer than stock muffler.

Motorized bicycles includes Black Expansion Chamber Banana with Muffler, High Performance Expansion Chamber tuned pipe, with muffler at tip with gasket! Fits standard are 49cc, 66cc and 80cc engines. Mufflers may need to be heated red hot with MAP gas and bent to fit.

CYCLONE POWER PIPE EXPANSION CHAMBER

Chrome with hanger tab, gasket, joins together with 2 springs. 32 inches long,may need to be modified to fit your bicycle and motor set up.

4 stroke bicycle engine kit

Black Exhaust Gasket, standard black exhaust gasket fits most motorized bicycles, conforms to exhaust port nicely.

FINNED EXHAUST HEADER ALUMINUM

Finned Exhaust Header Aluminum, billet exhaust manifold that will increase your low end torque on any type of exhaust you may have on your motor. You will get the "header" effect when adding it to your stock muffler. Increases torque and low end power will be noticed. This header is 3/4 of an inch thick so it will move your current exhaust out further than it is now, may allow for clearance of your pedals.  

 It is Black with chrome end with hanger tab and gasket. 25 1/2 inches long, may need to be modified to fit your bicycle and motor set up, Chinese chrome may not be perfect on these parts. This pipe will need to be modified for your bike set up, bent, welded and parts fabricated. 4 stroke bicycle engine can also be added in the bicycle for achieving the better performance.

It is fully tested by our testing team. This pipe gets rave reviews for dialing your engine UP. Along with a few minor moods, tuning the pipe puts the power band where you want it, and when your engine comes on this pipe - you will know it. Supplied with everything you need: the pipe, fittings, hardware, a hanger, a silencer and a hefty Al exhaust gasket. Each bike is different and some fabrication for hanging the rear of the pipe may be required. 4 stroke bicycle engine kit is required for the better working of motorized bicycle.
