Shipping Information

Currently we offer two (2) shipping couriers; Federal Express (FEDEX) our primary courier for local USA shipping and United Parcel Service of America (UPS) as our only International shipment option. Through both couriers you may find the right price and method for you but for International shipments you can only choose UPS.
UPS (International) Standard {Ground} - For Canadian shipping.
UPS (International) Express Saver {AIR} - For all other International orders must travel by air.

Free Shipping Limitation: Any item on our website which offers free shipping applies only to the continental United States. If you do not qualify, we may cancel and refund your order or contact you about shipping charges at our discretion.

(Neither of these International shipping methods cover Customs Brokerage, Duties, and Taxes…these are charged to the consignee on delivery which are normally under $50). We have found that this is the cheapest way to send packages to Canada and Internationally. The rates are based on the weight and size of the item or items and your location. The rates are calculated through Live Feeds withFEDEX and UPS and our secure e-commerce platform providing you with Real Time costs and the assurance that your shopping experience with us is a pleasant one.

We can ship to PO Boxes at this time thru USPS.

We Cannot ship 2-stroke bike engine kits or  to California at this time, surrounding states like Nevada, Oregon, Washington and Arizona are OK.

Orders received Monday-Friday by 3:00PM EST are eligible for Same Day Shipping! (Except for USPS which ships the next business day).

All items are shipped with mandatory insurance included in the shipping price at no extra charge.

We ship internationally. Please note that shipping services to Alaska, Canada, Puerto Rico, Hawaii require a slightly higher shipping amount. If you would like to arrange alternate shipping please contact us at sales@gasbike.com.

International purchases will also be subject to customs forms. Any duties and fees will be paid by the customer.

All delivery times listed are approximate and our company and United Parcel Service of America (UPS) do not guarantee these delivery times.

Maximum shipping weight is 150 lbs. in which we would break up the shipment into separate boxes. If you would like to purchase items weighing more than 75 lbs. please contact us at sales@gasbike.com.

We can ship to military personnel with APO's / FPO thru USPS.
